Data Captured via the App

To perform the function of generating inspection reports, SpecNGo requires access to device features:

• Photos & Camera: We collect images you take during inspections to include them in your reports.
• Audio & Microphone: We collect voice recordings when you use the "Tap & Talk" feature. These recordings are processed to transcribe your observations into text.
• Location Data: We may collect coarse location data to auto-fill property address details (optional).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to provide and improve the SpecNGo service:

• To generate, store, and format home inspection reports.
• To transcribe voice notes into technical narrative text using AI processing.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send you important notices, such as service updates and security alerts.
• To improve our AI accuracy (using anonymized data only).

3. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. Your inspection reports and photos are stored on secure cloud servers.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting (AWS/Vercel), and email delivery.
