By accessing or using the SpecNGo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: BETA STATUS
The Service is currently in "Beta". This means it is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system failures or data loss.
You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SpecNGo specifically disclaims any reliability regarding the preservation of data (including inspection reports and photos) during the Beta period. We recommend maintaining backup copies of all inspection data.
SpecNGo is a mobile-first home inspection reporting tool designed to assist professional home inspectors in gathering data, photos, and voice notes to generate inspection reports. While our AI assists in transcribing and formatting observations, you constitute the final authority on the content of your reports.SpecNGo is a tool for professionals and does not replace your professional judgment, certification requirements, or adherence to Standards of Practice (SOP) in your jurisdiction.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the inspection data, photos, voice recordings, and reports you generate ("User Content").
License to SpecNGo: By using the Service, you grant SpecNGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This includes the use of anonymized data to train and improve our AI models.
Beta Access: Use of the Service during the closed Beta period may be free of charge or heavily discounted.
Paid Subscriptions: Upon commercial launch, certain features will require a paid subscription (e.g., "Pro Unlimited" or "Pay-as-you-go"). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the stated fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will have a limited window to export your existing reports, subject to our data retention policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SpecNGo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from yours access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
